Zamano is a mobile marketing and mobile products company based in Dublin. Established in 2000, the company concentrates on mobile commerce, marketing and customer relationship management.
The business is divided into two separate entities:
The company operates in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States. Zamano has been listed on the alternative investment market (AIM) in London since 2006 and the Irish Enterprise Exchange (IEX) since 2007.

Zamano was founded in 2000 and finalised its first deal with Irish mobile network operators in 2001 before making similar arrangements with operators in the UK and the Netherlands later that year.
In 2002, Zamano merged with M-iSphere and secured additional funding from the Powerscourt Venture Capital. The acquisition of Avoca (UK) was made to offer value-added services in the UK market. The results of these actions resulted in a 200% growth in revenues in 2003.
Zamano acquired Enabletel and became profitable in 2003, recording an 81% growth rate between 2003-5 with high levels of profitability.
In 2006, Zamano entered the Australian market and completed a flotation on the AIM (Alternative Investment Market). This was followed with flotation on IEX (Irish Enterprise Exchange) in early 2007.
Further developments in 2007 saw the acquisition of Eirborne text promotions and a reverse takeover of Red Circle Technologies. Subsequently Zamano entered the Spanish market and recorded profitable growth in the US market.
The company moved into B2B and D2C and launched its first iPhone applications in 2009. In 2010, Zamano began a video goals service in association with Irish sports broadcaster Setanta Sports.
