This role is suited to someone who is highly PC literate with a good knowledge of relational databases (especially MS SQL Server), and strong communication and organisational skills. As Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day management of key zamano partner accounts and will be involved in all elements of fulfilling and surpassing the service level agreements we offer our customers. In doing so you will get immediate and in depth exposure to a wide range of technologies, software tools, methods and processes.

Principal Job Responsibilities

• Respond to key customer needs in a consultative approach
• Manage setup & roll out of services and educate customers how to use Zamano software
• Translate customer requirements into Zamano’s product range
• Implement best practice solutions in terms of user experience, customer’s objectives, regulation and revenue generation
• Where required, process monthly partner reconciliations
• Develop good working relationship with clients

Online/Digital Marketing Assistant, Dublin

Immediate requirement for a marketing / business graduate to come and work with the online channel manager in Dublin. This role is based in a fast paced mobile content company who work with brands such as WWE, Ministry of Sound, Setanta and operate in 5 different countries. The role will involve campaign management, data analysis and reporting on key metrics such as CPA, sales and life time value.

Responsibilities

• Creating new campaigns for Google and affiliate networks
• Daily and weekly reporting on performance of online campaigns, spend tracking and analysis of results
• Day to day management of affiliate networks
• Work on resolutions of external audits
• Identify new opportunities within the market
• Work with cross functional teams to grow subscriber base and revenue lines.
• Work with graphics and dev team on operational issues in building campaigns, system improvements and discrepancies in reporting with external systems
• Work across a variety of channels to market in multiple territories such as mobile, print and TV marketing with a view to growing subscriber base and revenue lines

Requirements:

• Marketing qualification e.g. degree in marketing or business
• Excellent attention to detail and comfortable with different metrics and reporting systems
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and flexibility to take on new tasks
• Excellent IT skills
• The ability to work on ones initiative
• Pleasant outgoing personality with the ability to work in a fast paced industry

The presentation is part of the Entrepreneurship Series being run by the Enterprise Centre and will focus on creative control, development programs and tools and monetizing content via the YouTube platform. Gareth will be speaking at 10.00am, focusing on the Zamano experience with migrating TV advertising to YouTube and profitable advertising campaigns.

There will also be a presentation on YouTube monetization that will focus on promotion, using the global reach of the video platform, and revenue, through the utilisation of various revenue solutions. This will be followed with a round table discussion.

The event is coordinated by DCU Lecturer in Management Dr Theo Lynn and will discuss matters such as mobile marketing and m-commerce, the positive effects that they may have on the future of the Irish economy and the link between new products and mobile technology. The summit presents an opportunity for Irish companies and mobile service providers to get together and share knowledge.

John will be speaking on the subject ‘Everything that can, will go mobile – Winners and losers’. The mini-conference is part of the DCU Link Research Centre’s Techspectations Initiative. The aim of this initiative is to increase digital participation in everyday Irish life. It reflects the impact that Ireland and the Irish people have on cultural activity worldwide.

Other companies represented at the event include FeedHenry, ICAP Media Limited, Microsoft, Geodelic Systems, Samsung Mobile Ireland, NIB and Vodafone.

Non-Executive Director Pat Landy will take a temporary executive role while the Board identifies a replacement CEO.

In the meantime, operational responsibility for the Group will rest with:

As reported in the Group’s interims in September, investment in web and mobile marketing had at that stage begun to show promise in terms of increased subscriber acquisition rates. This trend has accelerated through October, delivering a significant uplift in current and future revenues. The Group is looking to build upon this progress in the coming months, and will provide more guidance when longer term trends are established.
