Technical Account Manager – B2B

A great opportunity exists to join one of Ireland’s leading mobile software companies. This role is suited to someone who is highly PC literate with a good knowledge of relational databases (especially MS SQL Server), and strong communication and organisational skills. Potential for career and skills development is limited only by ambition as zamano makes use of a wide range of leading edge technologies. As Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day management of key zamano partner accounts and will be involved in all elements of fulfilling and surpassing the service level agreements we offer our customers. In doing so you will get immediate and in depth exposure to a wide range of technologies, software tools, methods and processes.

Principal Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to key customer needs in a consultative approach
  • Manage setup & roll out of services and educate customers how to use Zamano software
  • Translate customer requirements into Zamano’s product range
  • Implement best practice solutions in terms of user experience, customer’s objectives, regulation and revenue generation
  • Where required, process monthly partner reconciliations
  • Develop good working relationship with clients

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial & enthusiastic self-starter
  • People-person & quick learner
  • Practical experience with relational database (SQL)
  • Understanding of revenue and margin
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical capability
  • Broad understanding of software development
  • Understanding of mobile market desirable
  • Third level degree preferably in Business or IT
  • 1-year customer-facing experience

Online/Digital Marketing Assistant, Dublin

Immediate requirement for a marketing / business graduate to come and work with the online channel manager in Dublin. This role is based in a fast paced mobile content company who work with brands such as WWE, Ministry of Sound, Setanta and operate in 5 different countries. The role will involve campaign management, data analysis and reporting on key metrics such as CPA, sales and life time value.

Responsibilities

  • Creating new campaigns for Google and affiliate networks
  • Daily and weekly reporting on performance of online campaigns, spend tracking and analysis of results
  • Day to day management of affiliate networks
  • Work on resolutions of external audits
  • Identify new opportunities within the market
  • Work with cross functional teams to grow subscriber base and revenue lines.
  • Work with graphics and dev team on operational issues in building campaigns, system improvements and discrepancies in reporting with external systems
  • Work across a variety of channels to market in multiple territories such as mobile, print and TV marketing with a view to growing subscriber base and revenue lines

Requirements:

  • Marketing qualification e.g. degree in marketing or business
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable with different metrics and reporting systems
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and flexibility to take on new tasks
  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to work on ones initiative
  • Pleasant outgoing personality with the ability to work in a fast paced industry
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with other departments
